When ComicScope (our new, awesome, real-time "graphic novel quality" video recording app for iPhone) was just 5 days old, we took it for a test drive. Could we make it do anything interesting?

But first, lunch! One of us shot clips of ink animation in real-time, between bites! (We've made it even faster now! Remember—this was just our first test!)

Big thanks to Alex & Bryan for putting up with the filming.

After lunch we used iMovie on an iPhone to piece together clips and add cheesy music.

What we learned: To spontaneously create animation, with friends at lunch, without a script, and with just an iPhone was pretty amazing.

So, since this film was made, we've been working hard to build an app with: Color! We've created beautiful look based on water-colored comics! Style! We're including 3 filters: "Noir", "Phantom" and "1980"

We didn't spend a lot of time putting this film together to show how easy & fast it is to use.
